Dr. Mandy Smith

Mandy is the founder and owner of Optimal Life Therapy and Wellness, LLC.  She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 17 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic AND home health physical therapy.

​

 Mandy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health from the University of Tampa where she was a collegiate All-American swimmer.  She continued her education at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences where she achieved her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.  She also completed her Manual Therapy Certification from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.  She has other certifications that include Dry Needling, cupping and Pregnancy and post partum exercise specialist.  She also has extensive knowledge in posture assessment and golf swing analysis from Titleist Performance Institute.

 

With her background in Outpatient Therapy and Home Health Therapy,  she believes in treatments that incorporate the full body as well as the environment.  By using a hands-on and evidence based approach, she is able to better serve her patients and develop a specific program that will help them reach their optimal level of function.

She has built relationships within Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky to create a network of providers to better help optimize function and increase quality of life for her patients/clients. 

​

When she is not treating, she is enjoying spending time with her 2 daughters.  She is a Girl Scout volunteer and hopes to promote a positive and empowering model for women of all ages to follow their dreams and aspirations.  She enjoys pickleball, live music, movies and cooking.

Dr. Jordan Lindon

Jordan joined Optimal Life Therapy and Wellness in 2024.  She is originally from Edgewood, KY and a 2011 graduate from Dixie Heights High School.  She continued her education at WKU followed by achieving her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Dominican College in 2019. 

​

She has a passion for treating conditions related to temporal-mandibular pain (TMJ), pelvic floor pain, post-partum muscle weakness as well as active adults of all ages managing orthopedic or neurologic conditions.  Her ultimate goal is to return her patients back to the activities that they love.

​

When not treating, Jordan enjoys CrossFit, hanging out with her husband and dog, Nala, reading and going to the beach.  

​
